Killed all gang bounties, is outfit lost forever?

Subject: Killed all gang bounties, is outfit lost forever? 5/23/2010, 2:35 pm

I Killed all the bounties for the Bolan gang (I forget name, started with a B). I did this before I got the lasso. Is there any way I cant get the outfit? Outfit requires a live bounty
